Ferries from Hull
Hull ferry port is served by P&O Ferries and from here you can sail to Rotterdam in Holland and Zeebrugge in Belgium. Four vessels alternate each night on both crossings, so you can choose a convenient sailing time. On all sailings, accommodation is compulsory (the sailings are overnight) and you can choose from standard, premier, and club class cabins. You can also choose an inside or outside cabin, the difference being that outside cabins have a port hole.
When booking, you can choose to add meals in advance – either breakfast, dinner, or both. It’s slightly cheaper to book in advance rather than onboard. The evening meal is an all-you-can eat buffet with cuisine from around the world, and is highly recommended. Breakfast is only really recommended for the early risers!
Foot passenger can also arrange coach transfers to Bruges, Rotterdam or Amsterdam which depart soon after the ferry’s arrival, and return in good time for boarding. This is great for long weekends in any of these cities, and leaves behind the hassle of taking a car.
